  1. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT- The course is designed for people who are ready to work in a multicultural corporate environment with high standards and principles of work. Classes of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT are held exclusively in English using modern textbooks and didactic materials in the field of business education offered by leading publishers. Thus, the basis for research is fluency in English, which allows you to intensively read popular literature. The business simulation game will be used as a tool to integrate and test comprehensive and in-depth literary knowledge. 
  2. BUSINESS LOGISTICS - Second degree training in LOGISTICS IN BUSINESS at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz implements an original educational program based on American and Western European models. Students acquire knowledge and skills that meet the modern requirements of the logistics labor market. Under the guidance of experienced practitioners, they implement projects that they will be able to use in their future work. The main goal of the Master in LOGISTICS IN BUSINESS is the training of operational management personnel for the needs of the industrial and service sectors, as well as public sector units in the field of logistics processes. The training program includes modern knowledge about the management of processes in the supply chain using modern IT tools and organizational methods. At the same time, each student participates in soft skills development classes such as interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and project management. Graduates of BUSINESS LOGISTICS possess knowledge and skills that allow them to be operational managers in the processes implemented in the supply chains of enterprises. 
  3. ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT- The direction of ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT meets the challenges facing the management staff of business entities and capital suppliers in a dynamically changing economic environment. This is an important link in the creation and functioning of a knowledge-based economy in the context of globalization. Acquired knowledge and skills in accounting and financial management at this level of training ensure that graduates are ready to manage problem teams, participate in the management of business objects, and manage corporate finance and their investments, as well as financial consulting. The acquired knowledge and skills also form the basis for building your professional career in the field of Offices related to the education profile, including an accountant, managerial accountant, chief accountant, financial controller or financial advisor. 
  4. MANAGEMENT- The proposal for MANAGEMENT is addressed to first-grade graduates who want to become business management specialists, as well as in organizations of the state and social sectors. During the first semester, students gain knowledge in the field of management economics, public sector economics, commercial law, modern concepts of marketing, organizational behavior, strategic management and personnel management. Later, they have the opportunity to deepen their interests in one of four specialties: MARKETING, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS ADVISORY, MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, as well as by individual selection from a wide range of subjects to choose from. Alumni MANAGEMENT is ready to run for candidates or perform functions in leadership positions and manage target groups in enterprises, as well as in organizations of the state and social sectors, as well as manage their own or family enterprises. 
  5. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - TRAINING FOR NON-ECONOMISTS- The Master's offer in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT is addressed to graduates of non-economic specialties of the 1st degree who want to become business management specialists. During the first semester of study, students receive basic knowledge in the field of process management in enterprises. Later, they have the opportunity to expand their interests in one of two specialties: company management and IT resource management.
  6. PUBLIC MANAGEMENT - The curriculum is a combination of modern knowledge in the field of management, economics and law with methods of its practical use, which allows you to develop skills in analyzing complex problems of solving, planning public events, communicating with the environment, conducting social dialogue or strengthening responsibility for the public good . An important element of the study is the development of professional skills using interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of public administration, useful in the practice of public organizations in Poland and the European Union. Graduates will possess the knowledge and skills necessary for management in public sector organizations, which should act as private sector managers.
