The main objectives of education are:
- - transfer of knowledge and practical skills in managing public infrastructure in the field of security;
- - the ability to manage security processes at the local and central level;
- - the ability to use modern information technology, knowledge of intellectual property rights;
- - skills of self-development and self-education and adaptation.
To implement the program and achieve learning outcomes, the curriculum includes subjects of a basic, optional and practical nature. The student will get acquainted with the latest political history, through which the most important categories related to the functioning of the state and society in the modern world will be shown. An important group of subjects concerns issues in the field of international political relations and military education. The student will get acquainted with the essence of the functioning of the modern international system, the existing threats and the possibilities of preventing them.
The student will gain additional knowledge by familiarizing himself with the widely understood concept of security in an economic, political, environmental, military, informational and cultural context. They will study the theoretical foundations of security, considered at the global, state and regional levels. An important aspect is the study of the principles of the national security system and the role of the law in its formation. It is also important to familiarize yourself with emergency response procedures, study competencies in the field of management and logistics in crisis situations.
Most of the knowledge will be transferred through workshops on the art of survival, personal defense and shooting techniques, emergency medical negotiations and social communication. As part of hands-on training, three-month jobs will be extremely important. This will allow graduates to find jobs in divisions of the state administration and local authorities, as well as in such state security bodies as the army, police, border guards or fire brigades. Of course, the canon of education includes support for computer hardware.
